Early — C

64 MP is most of Quina’s early pool for one cast — the effect is great, the price is not yet payable.

Late — S

Protect and Shell on the whole party in one action is premier boss preparation all the way to the end.

Where to learn it

Eat works when the enemy is at ¼ of its HP or less; during Trance, Cook works at ½ or less. This is the #1 reason Eat “doesn’t work”.
